Big commercial lot across the street from this is for sale. Would be great to see that get developed along with Nimmons and the arlington project on 17th. Would be some big momentum for 14th

The more this gets built, the more I think the house should face 19 Ave. the height of the porch over 14 St is awkward.

Would have been so much better if they rotated the house 90 degrees and had the turret and porch right on the corner of 14th and 19th. Really hope a restaurant takes the house, that porch would make a great patio!
