Last I saw (and this was a while ago) I think they were in the high 40% range with presales. Would those contracts still be in place? Maybe they need to break ground to keep those sales, and hope the movement on site will bring them more? Not sure at all, just speculating. I can't see any sales data on the project website (with an albeit very quick glance).

Six major downtown(ish) projects starting in 2021 Hat 14th, Sunalta Heights, Oliver, Arris West, Two Park Central, and now Nude. Frickin right.

anyone have any idea when the sales center was removed? I was in it a couple years back on a business trip there and remember it being on site or next to site.

I think it was sitting on the actual site, so probably in the way of construction. That said, it was removed a while ago, so not sure if there is another reason.
