went back and had a peek at the tower one construction. from this level to topping out looks like it was about a year. this being taller maybe 14-15mos? something like oct-nov 2023.
The "Park" Squad! What's next? Park Landing?I lived in Park Central and currently Park Point. During both tenancies, the amount of people and dates I've had say they're standing outside my building when they were at the other "Park" building is ridiculous.
There's:
-Park Point
-Park Central
-The Park Condos
...all in the same square.
It's even worse than that:I lived in Park Central and currently Park Point. During both tenancies, the amount of people and dates I've had say they're standing outside my building when they were at the other "Park" building is ridiculous.

I think Stampede Park was originally called Victoria Park. It's even worse than that:
And all these are within Victoria Park - a neighbourhood that hasn't existed officially for 20 years, nor has ever had a park named "Victoria Park" (as far as I am aware).
- Park 300 (339 13 Ave SW)
- Park Place (323 13 Ave SW)
- The Park (303 13 Avenue SW)
- Park Estates (220 13 Avenue SW)
- Park Point I & II in future (310 12 Avenue SW)
- Park Central (510 12 Avenue SW)
This is what has always been the plan for Two Park Central. It’ll be about 25 meters taller than One Park Central.thats a pleasant surprise
