Hi Bo, it's actually Kirkor. I'm not sure why the title had SCB, it must have been from the previous iteration. But this one was definitely Kirkor.

SCB is Salmon Cordwell Buenz. They are the design architect. Kirkor is fulfilling the role of local architect.

I like them too. The floor of spandrel below them is terrible. The stone isn't my taste. I had higher expectations. Kirkor designed the rentals on 10th so maybe my expectations were too high
