My understanding is 26 floors. They are tight-lipped, but I chose a 30th floor unit in PP facing new tower somewhat and sales people confirmed that my view shouldn't be affected by the new tower. So definitely shorter.

Honestly, in some ways I think it's even better than the render. I love all the different shades and patterns throughout the building. Shame they didn't use the same yellow colour throughout, but oh well.
Still turned out great.

I was under the impression that the yellow breaks would just be painted yellow however I realized today that their appears to be a cladding going on. See second photo which looks to be the framing for the panels. In my opinion, a cladding is far better than the cheaper looking yellow paint.

Interesting. I wonder why they painted it if they're going to cover it up with cladding right away anyways?
Awesome pictures btw, looks fantastic.

How much longer until they crack the champagne bottle on this one and call it done? She's looking pretty close to seaworthy.

Looks like the sides of the yellow balconies have been covered with black cladding, which appears to be in accordance with the renderings. Not sure if I like it, looks to be a different type of cladding than the others. Shiny or something?

Yeah, not a huge fan of that. I liked the little splash of colour those gave. It won't make a huge difference looking from below or from the right angle, but looking at it head-on from a few streets back won't be nearly as exciting anymore imo.

Qualex transforms another neighbourhood.

These guys seem to have a knack for finding the lot that gives the area a tired/dated/unwelcoming feel, tearing it down and replacing it with something that drags the entire block into the present.
