Looks a lot like pattern on the crown of WV towersjust WHY with those random rectangles? how does a group of professionals decide that that is a good design choice? just leave it all one color, i don't get it

It wouldn't be so bad if it were a bit more subtlejust WHY with those random rectangles? how does a group of professionals decide that that is a good design choice? just leave it all one color, i don't get it
thankfully i dont think that is permanentLooks a lot like pattern on the crown of WV towers
It was a couple of years back, but someone said Yellowstone would be starting right after this one was completed. With all of the other rental towers that have gone ahead, I wonder if Yellowstone isn't shelved?Any word on Yellowstone?
Pretty darn acceptable IMOThe construction fencing has come down, and they are ready to start renting out the units.

Thank god...NORR is finally putting patio gates on their towns.Pretty darn acceptable IMO
These are photos from Aura and Arch (Cidex/NORR). I'm happy to see that this little design detail oversight isn't repeating itself on this project by NORR. IMO and what I hope becomes common sense is ground level units in dense urban communities benefit from a gated patio. Clearly the unit owners in Aura/Arch thought so!Baby gates? What is going on here?
Aura / Arch are rentals so I assume the initial renters demanded the gates before they'd move in.These are photos from Aura and Arch (Cidex/NORR).
