Walked by the old Nelly's on 17th and looks like a quite an extensive renovation was done inside and out. It looks great! Excited to see what is going in there. Does anyone have any idea? I also noticed the old Tim's on 17th has gotten a fresh coat of black paint.

There's signage on this restaurant now for "Saucy" by Chef Michael Dekker. It looks like he was a chef at Rouge and an instructor at SAIT, and Saucy looks like it's going to be a burger and breakfast joint.

The old Tim's has new signage that it's going to be a Deville! Nice upgrade

The sign for State & Main on 8th Ave SW has come down so they are definitely not coming back. That is big space try and fill. They have been closed since March of 2020. A walk down 8th Ave from 5 St W to Century Park is downright depressing. Space after space, closed, empty or for lease. The Barron building is sad looking in it's current state.
