If I had to choose a location I would prefer either 17th as well or Stephan Ave. The appeal of Chinook is all the other posh stores attracting high end clientele.

Tsuu T'ina Cosco opened today.

Speaking of old sales centres, has anyone been by the orchard one lately? Was driving by it and looks like a tornado went off inside the building. Must have been broken into and just thrashed.

It looks like Barre Belle is reopening their Mission location as “Pure Barre”, so that will be good. Mission is refilling with retail fast. That’ll make it 3 restored retail bays this year alone.

Good to hear, I've noticed 17th ave filling in as well. With a new Pizza place soon to open in the old Jugo Juice location, and a new convivence store opening in the old the Rocket space

In the old patio for the now-closed bakery in the former melrose spot, they're opening a place called "Patio” or something like that soon.

here it is, called “Porch”...

Also, Via Convenience was a lovey experience. They’re not quite fully stocked yet but the concept is excellent, their staff are friendly, and the location is right. They do a street patio during the day, they have a full bean coffee section, an organic/gluten free section, and all the other offerings of any other convenience store (including hot dogs and slushies). It will be nice having a local business to buy my candy bars and chips at that isn’t a gas station chain 😁

I think this is the old Moxies building, turning into “Calgary Jewellers”. I believe they added the second floor. 17th and 13th I believe.
