Its even worse than just railway tracks. With the new rail bridge put in, yard switching operations are extended further West from Alyth, so there will now be even more noise from shoving cars back and forth.Torode sold this. I can hear some freight trains from my condo and I live on the 18th floor and 3 blocks south of the tracks. I can only imagine what they will sound like in a low-rise, wood frame building that is about 30-40 feet from the tracks. Probably feel like they are coming right through your living room.Its even worse than just railway tracks.
