It’s mostly the roof though. The rest of the building isn’t that much different than a lot of the recent developments of that size.

Wow pathetic, it really is a 90's looking build. 0 street interaction on top of that a fence facing 17th. Looks like a suburban senior homes development. These sort of developments shouldn't be allowed to get passed.

Agreed. Missed opportunity, although once you get west of this parcel, there isn't good opportunity for multi-family or retail.
