I'm surprised the Five Guys didn't make it. I thought it was a perfect location

Yeah it was the weirdest thing, I moved to my place a block away from Five Guys in summer 2019... didn't even know it was there, then a week after the first time I went, the windows were papered up and I had to go to A & W.

Fat Burger down here would be good, but I hope it wouldn't destroy Burger Inn... so friggin good.

I used to go to that 5 Guys about once a month. It wasn’t the cheapest place, but it was good. It was a downer when they closed.

Trying to figure out why this appears to stall out after each trade starts... Earthworks starts - stalled. Concrete starts - stalled.

Hopefully they can maintain momentum from here on out. This one is such a gem and such a prefect location. It's going to have a huge impact on CB / Mission despite its smallish size.

There has been movement on it this week. I live less than a block away. They're installing the membrane around the parking garage before pouring more concrete.
