Is this going to be all wood construction above grade? That's a bit unusual for ground floor retail, isn't it? I only ask because there doesn't appear to be any rebar sticking up from the slab that would then normally tie into the concrete support pillars or is that normal?
It's concrete on the ground floor (because retail), and wood or modular construction above. It was originally supposed to be locally built modular construction but I think they've switched to wood.
