A new DP for 5 apartment buildings has been submitted, for the east side of 77th Street. This is just north of the Summit - 77 Townhomes posted above, but still south of 19th Ave I believe.

I will update the map and hopefully get some renderings when the DP drawings get posted in a little while.
 
The drawings for the above DP have now been posted. Project is being called Summit 77 Apartments, by Partners Group. Systemic Architecture is the architects.

The grades on the site are a bit of a challenge, this site plan shows how these 5 apartment buildings connect in with the adjacent townhome project:

One of the 6 storey multi-family building as part of the Elkwood project (#10 on the map) is being called The Whitney, and looks to be being done by Cove Properties (the developers of 85th & Park, #2 on the map).

I drove through the area on the weekend, it looks like 85th & Park is now complete and occupied. I also snapped a few photos of some of the projects. Think I should update the map to differentiate the Elkwood project into the 3 different phases they are being marketed under? Elkwood Townhomes, Balsam rentals and The Whitney condos? They are all under the same DP, but appear to be now 3 separate projects. Let me know what you think.

I am also going to call Wildflower Townhomes complete, as it is just the finishing touches on some of the semi-detached houses that front 81st Street that is left. All of the townhomes in behind look to be finished and occupied:

The Willows is really progressing, with the southern 2 buildings nearing completion by the looks of it, and the northern 2 fully framed up:

Well, I have updated the map to include 10a and 10b (Balsam apartments and The Whitney, respectively). I gave them sub numbers since they are the same development permit.

There is also a new development permit in, for a seniors care facility, so it is #12 on the map. No renderings yet or DP drawings posted from what I can see:
