What's going on with the windows on the side?
Some of them seem to be open. Can't blame them considering the recent weather we've been having.

No, I mean they looked cracked. Or is that just the curtains or glare? Some of them seem to be open. Can't blame them considering the recent weather we've been having.
no, must be a residence balcony. Sky garden has white tile and near the windows is only 1 row and then green roof. Has a little courtyardish area with benches in the middle. That floor is under construction right now though and only construction access. Also there is talks of putting a roof over it now. Keep the snow out. This must be from the top skygarden area?

I suspect development will start popping up on the north side of 1st ave now that Bridgeland is on such a roll.IMO the big next step for bridgeland is redeveloping and activating the north side of 1 ST NE. If you can do that + get a grocery store, it'll be a top 3 neighbourhood in the city
It's too bad they couldn't develop the lower part of Tom Campbell Hill.
Both areas would be nice to see developed. 1st Ave makes the most sense. I don't know if the city will ever give up the lower part of Tom Campbell Hill for development, but it would make a nice spot for some 3 or 4 storey developments.IMO the big next step for bridgeland is redeveloping and activating the north side of 1 ST NE.
