I would gander people from other cities who are jealous?
There was a guy from Montreal on Reddit the other day trying to say that le 1000 de la gauchetière in Montreal was a much cooler building, and that it was timeless, while Telus Sky is already dated.

While I have always been a fan of 1000, I would respectfully disagree with that guy.

I haven't seen any info on the Apartment portion of the building. Anyone know what the rent range will be like? I assume $$$$

Used to work in 1000 de la gauchetiere. Building sucks, but the ice rink inside is pretty cool. Telus sky way cooler.
Building preferences are for the most part a personal choice. I like PVM and Tour de la Boursse much better than 1000dlg, but some people find those building boring. As for Telus Sky....yeah, I think you polled 100 architects from around the world, about 90 of them would choose Telus Sky. Some of them may still like 1000dlg, but Telus Sky is a standout building.

will there be additional levels of steel above what we see or is that the final height?

Judging by the renderings, I would say the steel is up to the top floor, and only the wall of the sky garden is left .

mixed feelings. even these last few floors will change the overall impact quite a bit but after this get used to alot of west village tower 1 updates. not much else even out of the ground right now.
