^I agree. It’s great if we get the tower portion to look nice but my hope is was at the street level is done well, and they did a good job on it with this building.
Another example that comes to mind is Irving in Inglewood. It was the whipping boy of the forum for a couple of years, but every time I go by there, the retail is thriving and it looks good at the street level. I rarely pay attention to the levels above that.
