Someone should photoshop it with Monster, metal mulisha and F*** Trudeau stickers for accuracyHave to keep it relevant for Calgary I guess. At least it's not a bro-dozer...
Oh sorry I missed that, I just got back from holidays. It was last week sometime. When and where?
No. Just on hold. COVID changed the timetable for a lot of projects.I don't see any mention of this on the U/D website.. Hoping this doesn't mean its dead
There's a new DP for this project. Looks like they've watered down the architecture a wee bit. The new renders still look okay, but I really liked the original.
Anyways, I'm glad this project isn't dead. I was beginning to have my doubts. Once this and Argyle are finished University Ave will pretty much be a complete main street! Here's hoping these wrap up in the next 2 or 3 years!
Sorry I didn't include renders, my phone's having issues with the pdf, but you can download the renders on DMAP
This is a different project, Kanas was not involved in the first project. This one might be better dead than as now proposed. There's a new DP for this project. Looks like they've watered down the architecture a wee bit. The new renders still look okay, but I really liked the original.

This looks great still, materials are nice, building is simple. Looks like it'll be nicer than any other apartment built in University District to date.
Nicer or at least as nice. Solid design imo. This looks great still, materials are nice, building is simple. Looks like it'll be nicer than any other apartment built in University District to date.
