The DP for the Trellis Foundation's Bowness project has been submitted. This one has been in the media a bit, the community isn't supportive of the current playground being replaced I think (among other things I am sure):

People are so funny, and those community facebook pages are toxic echo chambers that allow things like this to go off the rails.

At least this is actually a park that is being developed. Versus those people saying Glenmore landing's development is taking away park space lol.
