This rendering seems to show more towers planned for the other side of Na'a Drive:

Those actually look pretty sharp. I would have no complaints( except the podium) f those were going into the Beltline or inner city somewhere. The podium for this one is designed for the location.

Yeah, those look better than some of the other towers that've gone up in Downtown/Beltline. Too bad they're kind of in the middle of nowhere.

If Trinity Hills can deliver anything close to the final product they show in their long YouTube video this will not be ‘the middle of nowhere’. It will be an isolated urban village which will depend on the residents adapting to a walking lifestyle to be a success as an urban experience. Otherwise it will just be a very well designed smart centre where everyone arrives and leaves by car to accomplish 1 thing-just they park mostly underground and access the parking via not crazy wide streets.

I think it'll be the well designed smart centre where everyone arrives and leaves by car due to its isolation as an island. It is what it is, which is the the best you can hope for, given the location.

The Bowness BRT goes to the area too, sure it's not LRT or even Max service but at least theres a couple ways to get in/out.
