There is some digging between the medical office and 16th Ave. by the BRT stop. Start of construction of the pedestrian bridge between Uxborough and the Cancer Centre?

Ah, yellow boxes strike again. Is this some architecture joke on the city? This is turning out really, c'mon phase 2!
