Medical office: Most of the brick has been installed except where the external construction elevator was (which has been removed)

Pedestrian bridge: The hole that was dug by the BRT stop has now been filled. According to this: https://www.calgary.ca/planning/projects/stadium-pedestrian-bridge.html this was for deep utility work in preparation for construction.

Agreed, it's a massive improvement.

I am most interested in the final program to come together with all the phases - the scale and setbacks in the area around 16th Ave and the hospital create a weirdness to this development - everything is big, but it's not dense feeling at all - the gaps and distances are just so huge between buildings and along all roads, and with all the random greenspace scattered about the various complexes here.

This should improve somewhat when the next phases come online and the whole complex has a bit of a focus point and fewer long/wide view corridors that give off this big, but empty impression.

Or even better - up zone all University Heights to Beltline densities and just let this cluster merge into all the others around here to create a true second "downtown" in 20 or 30 years.

I really like the brick and the deeper coloured window reveals. Does anyone know a good local supplier for these types of window reveals? I'd like to price them out.
