It won't be long. I spoke with someone from Urban One Builders (the GC for Verve), and they said they are just finalizing a few things, and will be starting soon.

So this year we should see Verve, RioCan, Ink, and possibly the Hat all go under construction! Amazing times for EV I can't wait to see how well sales go at N3 Phase 2.
