I think a lot of people will not like this one, but I don't mind it at all. It turned out almost exactly as rendered. I call this one a slight win.

I was prepared to dispute that UW, but I did a little more looking becuase I trust your opinion. You didn't exactly catch it from the most flattering angle in your picture based on what I saw in the renders. The design is alright, but it's the glass bridge and rooftop gardens that make this one a little more appealing to me. If I could change anything about it, it would probably be the materials and the colours, otherwise it'll fit right in in Bridgeland.

Yes, the materials are substandard for sure, but I'm not disappointed in how it turned out because of how it was rendered. The glass bridge turned out great, and I'm sure the amenities level on the rooftop of the south block of it turned out lovely. Either way, it could have been much worse, a la the Torode project in Inglewood.

I thought you were talking to me for a second, then I remembered the reference. I really need to watch that series again. Or the first three seasons at least.
I knew I had heard that reference before lol.
