In terms of market, is No Frills worse than Superstore? Back in Ontario it’s Loblaws/Zehrs/Indepedent City Market -> Superstore/No Frills. But here there is only Superstore and No Frills

Just concrete pads with no trees. There's also only 2 of them instead of 3. The west tower looks like it might have some astroturf on a couple of them. Kinda pathetic the building owners put so little care or effort into them as that could actually be a draw for new tenants.

I'm hoping Imperia actually does a proper outdoor space like they have advertised. I'm not sure what about WVT is actually luxurious. Everything seems average to below average. Somehow, as they've stated they're fully occupied. I wonder what the hold up on the third tower would be.

These are actually unit specific terraces. The turf you see would have been added by the resident renting out the unit.

That whole complex is a disappointment. The original renders actually looked very cool and could have been something special. Unfortunately it was value engineered to absolute shit and is a shadow of what it was supposed to look like. Screw you Cidex.

As per the start of the 3rd tower. I’m surprised the city didn’t require a bond or a time frame for filling in that ugly pit along the NE corner of the property where the third tower is going. I’m not a hater of this project so far , but that hole just puts a blight on everything for me
