It's not an either or scenario. You wouldn't have institutions like AIMCO growing their rental portfolios without the option of a fast flip.

I would agree on this case, especially with it being rental. If it was a condominium tower it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibilities to see one building going ahead without the other ones.
I can't think of a reason to excavate the entire site only to built one tower.

This hasn't been updated in a little while so I paid a visit yesterday, here are a few pictures:

Hi Group,
Question? Has anyone Been across the Street to Metro Ford to See where they are Moving to? If anyplace,! They had a Sign Out a few months back Saying "Renovation Sale"
I wanted to drop by but due to Walking/Mobility Issue wasn't able to.
Tnx,
Operater,

Definitely at the bottom.

Hi Group,

How far North will the Evacuation Go? The Original Plans call for 3 Bldgs, I would presume that 3 Foundations would B Blt even if some are caped at Ground Level for now.

Tnx,
Operater,

Once more, the whole construction site is being excavated and all 3 towers are to be build.

I don't think anyone was questioning that. We were just remarking that the above-pictured section of the site appears to be at the bottom.
