Beautiful building. And that mural is just stunning... had no idea it existed.
The name "Imperial Plaza" is nice too... carries a lot of strength, as well as a historical nod to the current name.

yep, fantastic news all around... to my mind this might be the most prestigious address in town when completed (assuming the suites are to the same quality of the exterior and lobby). The south view is surely one of the best in the city too!

But Fedoras are not back... It is the Trilby that is back... I wish people knew the difference. If you say "same difference" then you might as well say the Bowler hat is back, because it is a hat with a brim.
A Fedora has a wide brim, where the back of the brim stays down; like all the gangsters of the 30's and like Indiana Jones:

Hopefully this will bring some much needed life to Yonge and St. Clair. Right now there's not much else besides Terroni. You can't even rent a movie anymore thanks to Blockbuster recently closing. Though the density is huge, most people are 65 . There needs to be a more balanced demographic.
