It feels like we are getting way more starts on projects this year during cold months than usual. There has to be a solid 5 major projects which are at or around this stage of construction and we're basically in the winter

Not the worst of time for foundation work - the frost line is only 3-4 feet here

West of Michigan below grade parking/facilities is the norm, East of Michigan ave below grade is the exception ( Parkview, the Spire, anything NMH builds).
I don't think any of the LakshoreEast development has below grade facilities.
