Totally forgot about this one. What's the actual progress looking like? Is it above ground yet?
Balcony railings will make or break this one. Safe to assume break.

I wouldn't count it out so fast, with East Flats, Clardige's new glass supplier is clearly working out, this could end up being one of the nicest buildings in the city
Oh wow, this one is creeping towards grade! This one will be the biggest surprise in the 2020's skyline I think....if it is in actual fact the same 30 story building design that was approved as a condominium. Claridge doesn't seem to have to inform the public about what they are building the way every other developer does.
SOOOOO close to grade!! I noticed that the branding is still 'Claridge Hintonburg' on the hoarding today!
Possibly the moist poignant shaper of the Ottawa skyline since Icon...about to hit grade.

I'm surprisingly very amped for this project. I can't wait to see it go up. If it matches the quality of Claridge's new Lebreton tower, this will be a gem.
I'm still holding judgement on the Lebreton tower. The curtain wall corner looks good, but I have a sneaky feeling the cladding is going to be that drab gray block they have in bundles all around the base.

Do we have confirmation of what this will even look like? I'm not convinced they are going with the original condo design.

It seems like more and more towers under construction are now 30 floors or higher. Ottawa's height slooooooowly creeping upward.

Getting real close to grade
It's at grade finally! The podium is the same shape as the renders of the original Condo project. Fingers crossed.
