with other Claridge projects reaching their completion, will this one be allocated more manpower? seems a bit slow, At least it's above ground now!

I think so. Once Lebreton is done, they'll probably shift over to this, bring it up and then switch back to Lebreton East for tower 2. Maybe Claridge can bring up their tallest tower next!! That would be huge for Lebreton if we get those and the Dream towers up. Lots to be excited about these days!!
This will be visible from a whole lot of angles in a month when it reaches 7+ floors. It's such a prominent position on a rise, it's going to make a huge impact.
Do we see the balcony pattern yet?

When I walked past yesterday it looked to be on the 3rd floor (which is all podium), once they reach 4th floor and up we might see the tower/balcony design coming thru.

If this looks anything like Richcraft's Parkdale Collective, this one is going to look nice. Even if they keep the same quality as the Lebreton tower, this should come out great, hopefully.
Good point. I didn't even think about the podium.
