There were also renderings for an office building with a grocery store on the corner of Laval and Laurier. But I doubt we'll see it up any time soon.

Glacial pace.

It was more than renderings, the building went through approvals.

The last update from Zibi on Le Droit mentioned that they were ready to go at any moment if they got an anchor tenant, but obviously the office space market is terrible right now.

That article also mentioned their current focus in Gatineau in the meantime is the Southeast corner of Eddy/Laurier. I didn't see any approval documents for that one, so I'm not sure what the status is or when we can expect breaking ground.
 
@hoggytime you had this at 70 meters however, this suggest it's actually 78.5 meters, which is more in line with a 25 floor tower. Edited thread title.
