I was out this past Sunday on what turned out to be a balmy mid-winter afternoon, doing a routine construction thread update and heading for the River City Phase 3 condominium.
The overpasses in this neighbourhood are an interesting urban feature. They're dark, they're grimy and overbearing, and yet they are teeming with life and color thanks to an abundance of graffiti and to the Underpass Skate park, which I believe has been in operation since 2012.
