I believe it's an affordable housing dev of some kind. I remember the DP being submitted. didn't know they were starting construction already. I'm surprised there's a crane already going...maybe no parking?

There is a tower crane going up for the Palliser building re-clad. When I went by today it stood about half the height of the building with no boom installed yet
