this is great news! Yonge and Bloor will become a great intersection in 5-10 years!
on a side note i think the first render was made a long time ago since it looks like it has a building with One Bloor East's fins in the background!

The towers seem like a bit of a mish-mash, but there's something about them that's very appealing. The entire project will be a massive improvement.

I'm not finding the render to be appealing. I'm sure there's a beautiful building in there somewhere, but I can hardly see it through those layers of elemental crap.
