An ideal location to buy for subway fans. Any indication of extra noise insulation from the subway as it is quite noisy here due to the crossover and switches to the side yard? This was a big controversy for years after the Bloor subway opened as homeowners all along the north side of the complained about the clattering of trains over the crossovers.

The part of the subway over the parking lot is very very noisy. I walk my dog through there on the way to the park however the open part of the subway before the trussel is very quiet. For the better part of a year they reinforced the trussel with steel beams of some sort. Those who have their condos facing north west will have a tough go with the noise. Funny enough across the street from the Address at High Park the Bang Bang bar and Latinda bar have extremely loud parties going on into the wee hours of the night so those facing south will either have to participate or get ear plugs. Thanx for the pictures Urbandreamer.

It's nice but it doesn't really go with the area. Hopefully at a not much later date some of those ugly brown buildings will be demolished and replaced, especially the little brown apt right behind the demolition... that has just got to go first.
