people being on the balcony is sort of a huge lie, schools always lock that sort of thing. yet another building without functional windows...

I mostly like it, but the abundance of brown brick reminds me of my Scarborough high school that was built in the 1970s...

I go to Centennial (Not the campus this is being built at, but I do have to go to the Progress Campus every now and then) and trust me, this is NOT an eye-sore.

I like the design. When first I saw that balcony at the front, I thought, "Oh oh, I bet a distraught student will commit suicide from jumping from there after failing exams." But for certain you can expect some students to take a whiz from that balcony or throw stuff at the peeps below.
That's why schools lock that sort of thing.
