Reference ID: Job No 384675309-002
Description: Exterior Alteration, Interior Alteration, Change of Use
Location: 10126 - 100 STREET NW
Plan F Lots 31-32
Applicant: CHANDOS CONSTRUCTION LTD
Status: Intake Review
Create Date: 1/25/2021 2:18:01 PM

New cantilevered metal entry canopy (like Union Bank Inn's), new main floor windows, new main door, new blade signage (like is required for Whyte Ave storefronts), as well as other miscellaneous repairs throughout building.

This is what i'd love to see:
1. Edmontonian (proposal from years ago)
2. Alldritt tower
3. tower 101
4. the parks
5. Massey Ferguson
6. Mackenzie tower
7. Emerald tower
8. Fairmont tower (the circular proposal)
9. 113 street tower
10. 10123 106 street tower

Hoping to see at least 7 of these start this year 🤣
1. Edmontonian (proposal from years ago) - Dead
2. Alldritt tower - Unlikely this year
3. tower 101 - I hope so, but Regency is unreliable
4. the parks - Likely this year
5. Massey Ferguson - Dead
6. Mackenzie tower - Dead
7. Emerald tower - See #3
8. Fairmont tower (the circular proposal) - Unlikely this year
9. 113 street tower - Which one is this?
10. 10123 106 street tower - Would be nice!

I don't think that the buried pile of bones known as the Edmontonian will be exhumed anytime soon 🤣

My guesses in order of likelihood:
  1. Open Sky 121 St. (Open Sky)
  2. Grandin 4 (Westrich)
  3. Stationlands Rental Mid-Rise (Qualico)
  4. J123 (Streamliner Properties)
  5. The Hudson (Westrich)
  6. Parkview Tower 1 & Link Building (Pangman & Maclab)
  7. Edmonton Motors Tower 1 (Pangman & John Day)
  8. Falcon 1 (Langham)
  9. ICE District Tower BG (ONE Properties)
  10. Emerald Tower (Regency)
If even 3 of these start this year I will be a happy camper.

I don't even indulge this kind of suburban cultist.
