On the Downtown Yonge BIA website they discuss a "College/Carlton Capital Improvement Project" which is to take place in 2013. The project involves improving the streetscape of College/Carlton between Church and Bay. Does anyone know if this is project is happening?

Well workers were redoing parts of the sidewalk with paving stones a couple of weeks back. Could be related to this project.
