Did some math and there will be quite a few new units and new folks living in the north part of Downtown once the below projects are completed:

Downtown North ProjectsDwelling Units

The Switch Phase 1 (COMPLETED)285

Ice District 2.0 Phase 1354
Total Units1,391
Estimated Population (assuming 1.25 people per unit)1,739

Between these four projects, you are looking at the population of a small town being added, which is great.

And all of these are in the downtown core or very close to it so hopefully it will help revitalize it some.

Does anyone have a link to Burgundy in Wihkwentowin? That's the only one I don't know anything about (and can't find). I assume it's not the existing Leston building of that name.
