I’m pretty sure the National Bank lease in Manulife (which was actually a CWB transaction prior to their being taken over) has been too public for too long to still be considered a confidential transaction.

I still think the Connect Centre news might be related to a new HQ with a mixed-use tower involved, hence the confidential 170,000 sq ft transaction but it's probably wishful thinking lol

My friend at Atco said he’s heard nothing and they have a half empty office on the west end, so he’d be surprised if they had any changes.
