If Edgar following the lead of Vancouver places, it will have a simple manual/retractable vinyl covering for the patio.

I hope they will consider incorporating crawling plants as it is a perfect style of structure for that not to mention a green zone. You can have retractable and incorporate plants imo...

What is funny was that all they did was switch colors primarily with one minor physical augment from the previous render which some of us had suggested on here.
