Anything would be awesome, tbh. I just worry it's another one of those projects that lost steam or funding or something and we'll be back to square one. Thank god it's a. not Regency and thus b. not another empty post-apocalyptic site in a prime location.

I went to look at some work in the building and one of the biggest issues is access to the lower level. There's no elevator and the stairs are wood construction or very narrow. Getting any large equipment onto that lower level is impossible at the moment, And cutting a hole in the main floor is limited by the open web joists and how they're suspended.

There was talk of going up, but reinforcing the structure would be very expensive.

^ This will not be an easy remake no matter the fix. These guys are taking the right approach, however, by looking for use occupants prior to carving up the space. That effort might take some time.

But I did notice a Pemco sign in the window. Maybe Jeff figured out a plan of attack
