I quite like it as well, and happy to see some more density in that area. It used to be primarily an industrial neighbourhood but the condos are taking over.

No kidding. I remember getting a ticket at the light just up the road from this turning east onto 104th Ave. There is a no right hand turn sign there and back when it was a car dealership, there was a cop staring me in the eyes as I turned right. $170 later.

I noticed the no right hand turn sign is still there the other day. This time I wised up and waiting for the light to turn green.
