I love the location, but the fact that EDC rejected it first go around has me worried that they did just enough to get by. Especially the part about the north and east sides lacking design features. I thought we had seen the last of one sided towers.

No kidding. I remember getting a ticket at the light just up the road from this turning east onto 104th Ave. There is a no right hand turn sign there and back when it was a car dealership, there was a cop staring me in the eyes as I turned right. $170 later.

I noticed the no right hand turn sign is still there the other day. This time I wised up and waiting for the light to turn green.
