The east side has had several spaces filled and is looking better, but it is nice to see a space also filled on the west side.
I feel this is a good spot, close to the other stores nearby and in an area that will get pedway traffic to the office towers to the south.

The Source is being rebranded as Best Buy Express with a grand re-opening later this summer. This is likely true for Source locations at other malls.

It took a few years to replace Thai Express, but Siam Thai Kitchen is now open in the Elevate food court

Three more new things, that's great! There are a least three previous food courts downtown that are now still closed, so probably a number of people from nearby buildings coming here too.
