I'm ok with it as is and like the quarterly dividend as is too. Its better than the BMO and RBC Towers that don't seem to exist in Edmonton. Ten times the effort from a bank a tenth of their sizes.

I still find it sad that they tore down the Marshall Wells building to build said grungy bus station. This is exactly where the new CWB building will go.

I used to do a lot of people watching there. Did lots of traveling during my university years by bus. I DO kinda miss it, but I think we got something better.

They can always name the CWB building the Marshall Wells Tower - a great nod to what was there before.

We do have a very bad habit of tearing town decent older buildings with character, instead of building on nearby empty lots.

Then we wonder why people come here and remark the city doesn't have much character.
