^^^^ True, although it had its humble beginnings as the Canadian offshoot of the U.S. chain that began in Lodi California started by partners Roy Allen and Frank Wright.
Or the classic Bacon n' Egger on a toasted sesame bun (I avoid those trash English muffins).Few fast food burgers touch a well constructed Mozza.
Like it is in another city altogether.
I hope this goes ahead; a lot of the issues that people have with downtown, such as safety concerns and liveliness outside of business hours, can be addressed a great deal with residential development. We need people living down there to encourage more commercial development, and to make it feel like a properly inhabited place. Bringing these projects into the fold (I first think of the podium currently under construction by Rogers Place) will help to speed them along, and bring more residential units into the market much sooner than if we only offered those grants to completely new developments.
