Isn't that the old render? They haven't updated their renderings properly in a while, since there is a mix of the old in one of their media kits, the middle one, and the newest one is nowhere to be seen yet.
 
Who knows, their website still lists the Stantec Tower as 60 floors and the email they sent out today shows the old and taller Greyhound land tower lol, they are keeping us guessing that's for sure.
 
I imagine the most recent design that they submitted would be what they're ultimately planning on building. It sounds like from what Dave said before that they were giving quite a bit of information on the tower as opposed to previously where everything was kind of just concept images. It is cool though that all three towers will be out of the ground by December!
