What does CX stand for?
I'd say also Quarters.We need about 20 of these in Downtown/Oliver/Grandin/Old Strathcona/Garneau.
Would love to see these in Quarters, parts of Oliver, Strathcona and Garneau, too.I'd rather a bunch of brownstone and low/mid-rise.
I can't see an actual floor plan - just the render of a flat. Are there solid walls built for privacy - looks not from the render and bathrooms across the hall instead of in the room?? It's bizarre what is shown in the render. I don't think there is much of a market for this space unless its assisted living with a daily housekeeper who prepares meals for all 4 people.Prices aren't the worst. The $1000 for a 4bdrm dorm flat talked about earlier is for fully furnished suites. Might still be a bit high, but I can see the appeal for out of town students.
Overall, I really like how this building turned out. And extra 10 floors would have been nice. Hopefully they can fill up as uni starts this fall.
If you go to their site it has them all. The flats are just a few units. Most are normal 1 and 2 bdrms. But yeah, the bathrooms not connecting is super weird. That feels like dealbreaker almost. In a shared space, a private bathroom you don't need to leave your room for is a big dealI can't see an actual floor plan - just the render of a flat.
