Love these townhouses so much. I wonder how they do as rentals vs condos? Townhouses id imagine attract a more mature/settled/well off/larger family type clientele. I know in Vancouver a lot of my friends say the townhouses in their buildings get bought by families wanting 3bdrms+

Have to think a lot of developers are taking notes from Cantiro on this one. Four months after starting lease up and they already have the building sold. Lets hope that helps momentum of purpose built rentals.

Many other PBR buildings have sold, Cantiro's is not the first. It's still a risky proposition to build it strictly to sell to an institutional buyer.
