On the timelapse cameras, the grade level parking lot is fenced off and it looks like they are excavating but I'm not sure from the quality of the picture.
@Jarodsc17 Oh I see, the surface lot opposite Edmonton Tower on the east side of 101 St.
Totally separate property and ownership. Not likely anything interesting going on there or it would have shown up in the DPs. Probably just resurfacing.
ETA: Weird, I can't find ANY permits for that work...

Hopefully they put something there, grade level parking lots are a waste of space in my mind.

They're adding "fins" to the north exterior now (you can see it in the last post on the first few floors of the tower). I'm not sure how I feel about it, as I was getting used to the smoother look of the tower. I'm going out now and grabbing pictures. Stay tuned.
